ted-Meta™ Library Prep Kit closes the gap between clinical sample and metagenomics analysis. In a single reaction, extracted total nucleic acid (1 – 100ng) or cell lysates (1000 – 10K cells) can turn into a fragment library ready for sequencing on Illumina® platform in ~2hrs.  Pre- and/or post-library prep enrichment can further condense the final readouts and hence increase cost effectiveness.
