ted-RNA 3′ WTA Library Prep Kit utilizes “ted” technology to enable the simplest workflow to obtain basic information, e.g. CNV, gene count, and gene expression, etc from as low as 1ng total RNA input. This protocol does not require ribosomal RNA removal as rRNA is converted into library molecules at substantially low efficiency.
